The hotel provides us with a list of 30-50 businesses that are respected by the concierge team, businesses the hotel will be happy to feature in its magazine. This is vital to the success of the project.
We communicate with the hotel management and discuss hotel-specific content for the magazine. Examples could include the spa, restaurants, conference facilities or a feature on the hotel’s history or other topics that make it unique.
We work closely with the concierges to create engaging articles that are relevant to the area and of interest to the guests.
One of our team members will visit the hotel and stay in the area for approximately two weeks in order to meet with the concierge and approach potential advertisers.
Greydoor content writers will create and compile articles for the magazine. Once completed, these articles will be shared with hotel management and the concierge for feedback and approval.
Greydoor will work closely with the concierge and Les Clefs d’Or USA to put together a section of profile pages on the concierge member.
Our design team produces the hotel-specific pages using information provided by the hotel. Once completed, the pages will be sent to the hotel for feedback and approval.
Our design team will communicate with the committed sponsors who are to be featured in the magazine. Artwork will be produced and approved before being included in the magazine.
Once the final draft of the magazine has been proofread, it is sent to the hotel for final approval before going to print.
The magazine is then shipped to the hotel.
THE WHOLE PROCESS TAKES APPROXIMATELY 13-15 WEEKS.
